Francisco Torres Sánchez de Roa (1594 – 14 July 1651) was a Roman Catholic prelate who served as Bishop of Lugo (1650–1651). ''(in Latin)'' Biography Francisco Torres Sánchez de Roa was born in Becerril de Campos, Spain in 1594. On 24 January 1650, he was appointed during the papacy of Pope Innocent X as Bishop of Lugo. Pope Innocent X ( la, Innocentius X; it, Innocenzo X; 6 May 1574 – 7 January 1655), born Giovanni Battista Pamphilj (or Pamphili), was head of the Catholic Church and ruler of the Papal States from 15 September 1644 to his death in January 1655.
