Francisco Serrano Castro
Francisco de Asís Serrano Castro (born 21 March 1965) is a Spanish former judge and politician of the Vox (political party), Vox party. He began work as a judge aged 25, and received national attention for his anti-feminism, anti-feminist views, as well as for a child custody case in 2010. This case saw him disqualified for two years, then ten, and then fully absolved. A member of Vox from 2014, he was their candidate for President of the Regional Government of Andalusia in 2015 Andalusian regional election, 2015 and 2018 Andalusian regional election, 2018. In the latter election, the party entered the Parliament of Andalusia with 12 seats. He left Vox and his parliamentary seat in 2020 after being implicated in an alleged fraud. Macario Valpuesta
Macario Valpuesta Bermúdez (born 12 July 1959) is a Spanish jurist and politician of the Vox party. He served in the Parliament of Andalusia from 2020 to 2022, as the party's group leader. Biography Born in Seville, Valpuesta has doctorates in Classics and Law, and is a professor of Roman Law at the Pablo de Olavide University in the city. He is married to Reyes Romero, a Vox member of the Congress of Deputies representing Seville. Valpuesta described having left-wing sympathies in his youth during the Spanish transition to democracy, and wore the flag of Andalusia. He ran for Vox in the Senate of Spain in the Seville constituency in the April 2019 general election, finishing 11th in the four-seat constituency. La Manada Rape Case
The La Manada rape case began with the gang rape of an 18-year-old woman on 7 July 2016 during the San Fermín celebrations in Pamplona, Navarre, Spain. The case drew intense public scrutiny as it called into question the definition of rape under Spanish law. Five men, including a member of the Civil Guard and another of the Spanish Army from Seville, filmed themselves repeatedly attacking the girl in the vestibule of an apartment building. It does not follow a particular party line, but it claims to be classic liberal, It is published in Spanish.
