Fortiche
Fortiche Production SAS is a French animation studio headquartered in Paris. Its biggest project to date is the television series ''Arcane''. Development Fortiche was founded in 2009 and initially created commercials for Coca-Cola, Honda, Samsung, Panasonic and MTV. From the start, a combination of 2D and 3D animation has defined the studio's style, the "Touche Fortiche". They moved on to creating music videos, created for Freak Kitchen, Gorillaz and LIMOUSINE. These projects caught the attention of video game studios such as Ubisoft, Volition Studios, Carbine Studios and Riot Games. For the latter, Fortiche produced game trailers in the form of short films along with music videos, most notably Pop/Stars. ''Arcane'' (titled onscreen as ''Arcane: League of Legends'') is an animated action-adventure streaming television series created by Christian Linke and Alex Yee. It was produced by the French animation studio Fortiche under the supervision of Riot Games and distributed by Netflix. "Pop/Stars" (stylized in all caps) is a song by virtual K-pop girl group K/DA. It was released as a single on November 2, 2018, as promotion for the 2018 League of Legends World Championship. The single became popular with one of the fastest viewership records for its music video on YouTube. Soyeon and Miyeon from (G)I-dle, Madison Beer and Jaira Burns provided vocals for the song and represented the group as its human counterpart in the live performance at the finals of the tournament.
