The Forever Night, Never Day Tour was the first headlining concert tour by American rock band Thirty Seconds to Mars, in support of their second studio album ''A Beautiful Lie'' (2005). Background The tour was officially announced on January 24, 2006 through the band's official website. It was their first headlining tour; Thirty Seconds to Mars has previously served as opening act for bands like Audioslave, The Used, and My Chemical Romance. Set for March 2006, the tour showcased Thirty Seconds to Mars second studio album ''A Beautiful Lie'', and commenced on March 7, 2006 in Tulsa, Oklahoma and ended on June 1, 2006 in Los Angeles, California. The band announced the tour shortly before releasing their single "The Kill". Men, Women & Children (formerly known as Easy Tiger, Torpedo) was an electropop band formed in 2004 by ex-Glassjaw guitarist Todd Weinstock and TJ Penzone. They released their self-titled debut album in 2006. Penzone initially wanted the band to be named Easy Tiger, but had to rename the band after a band in Chicago by the same name refused to sell him the rights. Freebird Live (originally Freebird Cafe) was a music venue located in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. They closed their doors with a final concert on January 21, 2016. Overview The venue opened on September 8, 1999, with a concert by The Charlie Daniels Band. The cafe featured Lynyrd Skynyrd memorabilia, food and recorded music. Cain's Ballroom is a historic music venue in Tulsa, Oklahoma that was built in 1924 as a garage for W. Tate Brady's automobiles. Madison W. "Daddy" Cain purchased the building in 1930 and named it Cain's Dance Academy. In 2021, Pollstar ranked Cain's Ballroom at number 13 worldwide for ticket sales at club venues.
