The 2009 Mediterranean Games football tournament was the 16th edition of the Mediterranean Games men's football tournament. The football tournament was held in Pescara, Italy between 25 June and 5 July 2009 as part of the 2009 Mediterranean Games and was contested by 12 teams, all countries were represented by the U-20 teams. Georgios Niklitsiotis ( el, Γεώργιος Νικλητσιώτης; born 23 March 1991) is a Greek professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder. Club career Niklitsiotis started his football steps from Olympiacos Academy and was promoted to Olympiacos Reserve squad (U-21) the season 2007–2008. Francavilla al Mare () is a ''comune'' and town in the province of Chieti, in the Abruzzo region of Italy. The municipality, included in the urban area of Pescara, borders with Chieti, Miglianico, Ortona, Pescara, Ripa Teatina, San Giovanni Teatino and Torrevecchia Teatina. History The area was inhabited since prehistory, and early remains have been found at St. Cecilia. Stadio (literally, ''Stadium'') is an Italian pop rock band formed in 1977.
