Flávia Oliveira
Flávia Maria de Oliveira Paparella (born 27 October 1981) is a Brazilian racing cyclist. She competed in the 2013 UCI Women's World Championship Road Race in Florence, as well as the 2014 UCI Women's Road World Championships in Ponferrada. She competed at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro where she finished in seventh place, the highest placed finish for a Brazilian rider in any Olympic cycling event. Oliveira is a past winner of the mountains classification at the Giro d'Italia Femminile in 2015, the Brazilian National Road Race Championships, and she was the winner of the general and mountain classifications at the 2016 Tour Cycliste Féminin International de l'Ardèche. During a coaching session early in Oliveira's career, she recorded one of the highest V̇O2 max scores ever across all athletics for females. Tour Cycliste Féminin International De L'Ardèche
Tour Cycliste Féminin International de l'Ardèche is a women's staged cycle race which takes place in the Ardèche region in southeastern France. The race was rated by the UCI as a 2.2 race, until 2018 when it was promoted to 2.1 status. Following the collapse of the Tour de l'Aude Cycliste Féminin and the Route de France Féminine races in 2010 and 2016 respectively, the Tour de l'Ardèche became the only international level multi day stage race for women in France. Cascade Cycling Classic
The Cascade Cycling Classic was the longest running elite road bicycle racing stage race in the United States (1980–2019), with 2018 being the only year the race was not held. The race took place in the Central Oregon region and was based in Bend, Oregon. It was a regular fixture for most of North America's top cyclists and teams. Owned and managed by the Cascade Cycling Classic Youth Foundation, former pro cyclist and two time National Road Champion Bart Bowen was both the Foundation's executive director and the Classic's race director.
