Florin "Pilo" Ternal Hilbay (born March 19, 1974) is a Filipino lawyer who served as the Office of the Solicitor General of the Philippines, Solicitor General of the Philippines from 2014 to 2016, serving the Philippine agent in the international case, ''Philippines v. Florin Stoian (born 1 October 1979), better known by his stage name Florin Salam, is a Roma manele singer. Beginnings Salam was born into a family of lăutari. During his adolescence, he sang together with his father and uncle's ensembles. After his father got too old to sing, Salam took his place, singing with his uncle under the name of Florin Fermecătoru'. Thus, he became a singer highly appreciated by fans of the genre. In the meantime, Salam befriended bandleader Dan Bursuc. He helped Salam to record his first single, called "Ce gagică șmecherită" (English: ''Such a picky chick''), in 2002. Florin Valeriu Răducioiu (born 17 March 1970) is a Romanian former football striker, who played for Dinamo București, A.C. Milan, Brescia Calcio, West Ham United, RCD Espanyol, VfB Stuttgart and AS Monaco. Florin Prunea (born 8 August 1968) is a Romanian former football goalkeeper. He was born in Bucharest and started his career for Dinamo București. His breakthrough came with U Cluj in the 1988/89 season. In 1991, he won with Universitatea Craiova both the title and the Romanian Cup. Later he was the first-choice goalkeeper for Dinamo București for six seasons. Prunea got 40 caps for the national team, and represented his country at the 1994 World Cup, Euro 1996, 1998 World Cup and Euro 2000. Florin Popescu (born 30 August 1974 in Iancu Jianu, Olt) is a Romanian sprint canoer who competed from the mid-1990s to 2005. Competing in two Summer Olympics, he won two Olympic medals at Sydney in 2000 with teammate Mitică Pricop (gold: C-2 1000 m, bronze: C-2 500 m). Florin Piersic (; born 27 January 1936) is a well-known Romanian actor and TV personality. He is particularly famous for his leading roles in ''The White Moor'' and the ''Margelatu'' series films. Florin Constantin Pavlovici (14 March 1936 - 13 December 2021) was a Romanian writer and memoirist. Biography Pavlovici was born in Concești, Botoșani County, to school teachers Hareta and Dionisie Pavlovici. He studied journalism at the University of Bucharest, in the Philosophy department, and graduated in 1958. Arrested on 2 February 1959 and accused of conspiracy against the communist social order, he was sentenced by the Bucharest Military Court to five years of incarceration.
