"Flawless" (stylized as "Flawlëss") is a song by American rapper Yeat and the opening track from his sixth extended play '' Lyfe'' (2022). It features American rapper Lil Uzi Vert and was produced by BNYX. Composition The song begins with audio sampled from a video by internet comedian sharedatbitchlikeapizza, who is heard talking about his accessories that are literally made from dollar bills. In the chorus, Yeat raps about the products he buys with his wealth. The song only has one verse, performed by Lil Uzi Vert, who name-drops numerous brands that they have bought from, briefly shouts out producer Maaly Raw, and laments about the untrustworthy people around them. ''Lyfe'' (stylized as ''Lyfë'') is the sixth extended play by American rapper Yeat. It was released through Geffen Records, Field Trip and Twizzy Rich on September 9, 2022. The EP features a guest appearance from Lil Uzi Vert. Background and promotion On June 15, 2022, Yeat took to Twitter to announce the title of the EP. On September 2, 2022, he released the lead single, "Talk", a collaboration with American producer BNYX. Upon releasing the EP's single "Talk", Yeat confirmed on Instagram that his forthcoming EP would release the following week on September 9, 2022. Working on Dying is an American producer collective based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania that was created in 2012. The current members include F1lthy, Oogie Mane, Brandon Finessin, BNYX, Kimchi, FaxOnly, 100yrd, Swaggyono, The Loosie Man & Jarek. History Foundation The collective Working on Dying was founded by F1lthy and his younger brother Oogie Mane. Beginning in 2012, F1lthy began developing production skills on Fruity Loops over a period of six months after being inspired by the then upcoming underground rapper and producer SpaceGhostPurrp and the rap group Metro Zu, both from Miami, Florida. F1lthy later shared his production work with Oogie Mane. Forza, who lived nearby, would skateboard with the brothers in middle school.
