''Fire Masters'' is a Canadian cooking competition television series that began airing simultaneously on Food Network Canada in Canada and Cooking Channel in the United States on July 6, 2019. The show is presented by chef Dylan Benoit, and it features three barbecue chefs competing in three rounds, where the winner of the second round wins a Napoleon portable barbecue grill A barbecue grill or barbeque grill (known as a barbecue or barbie in Australia and New Zealand) is a device that cooks food by applying heat from below. Food reality television is a genre of reality television programming that considers the production, consumption and/or sociocultural impact of food. Dale MacKay is a Canadian chef and the winner of the first season of ''Top Chef Canada'' in 2011. MacKay first entered the food industry as a fry cook in Vancouver, British Columbia.
