The Memorial Ground (also known as Finchampstead Park) is a cricket ground in Finchampstead, Berkshire, England. The ground is located at the northern end of the village and is part of a wider sporting complex. History Appearing on maps as early as 1930, Berkshire County Cricket Club, Berkshire first played there against Buckinghamshire County Cricket Club, Buckinghamshire in the 1982 Minor Counties Championship. Finchampstead is a village and civil parish in the Wokingham Borough in the shire of Berkshire, England. Its northern extremity is south of Wokingham, west of Bracknell, south-east of Reading, and west of Central London. It is an affluent area, with the village ranking as Britain's 31st wealthiest. It has a high standard of living and is rated as one of the most desirable places to live in the United Kingdom. The Thames Valley Premier Football League is a football competition based in England. It has a total of five divisions – the Premier Division, then Divisions One to Four.
