Albert Fielder
Albert Edward Fielder (3 April 1889 – 29 April 1947) was an English first-class cricketer. Fielder was born at Sarisbury, Sarisbury Green in April 1899. He was noted in ''Cricket: A Weekly Record of the Game, Cricket'' as being "a player of considerable promise", making his debut in first-class cricket for Hampshire County Cricket Club, Hampshire against Surrey County Cricket Club, Surrey at The Oval in the 1911 County Championship. His debut was a success, with Fielder taking figures of five wicket haul, 5 for 128 in Surrey's first innings. In his following match against Gloucestershire County Cricket Club, Gloucestershire at Bristol County Ground, Bristol, he put on 147 for the tenth wicket with Edward Sprot (125 not out); Fielder was eventually dismissed for 35 by George Dennett. Jim Fielder
Jim Fielder (born October 4, 1947 in Denton, Texas) is an American bassist, best known for his work as an original member of Blood, Sweat & Tears. Fielder attended Loara High School in Anaheim, California. While at Loara, the young Fielder befriended classmates Tim Buckley and Larry Beckett, a relationship that would launch Fielder into the music industry. Prior to joining BS&T he worked with Buckley, and he played in several other notable bands including Mastin & Brewer with Mike Brewer and Billy Mundi, Frank Zappa & The Mothers of Invention (for whom he played rhythm guitar), and Buffalo Springfield. Since he departed from BS&T, Fielder has worked extensively in the music industry both studio and live performances, and for 40+ years was a standing member of Neil Sedaka's band. Samuel Ross Mursell Fielder (7 January 1926 – 24 January 1995) was an Australian rugby league footballer who played in the 1940s and 1950s. After returning from war service with the RAAF, Fielder joined the St. George club via the Bexley junior club in 1948. He played front row and second row during his grade career at Saints, often coming up from Reserve Grade whenever injuries occurred to the first grade team. Prince Semien Fielder (born May 9, 1984) is an American former professional baseball first baseman and designated hitter, who played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Milwaukee Brewers, Detroit Tigers, and Texas Rangers. He was selected in the first round of the 2002 Major League Baseball draft by the Brewers out of Eau Gallie High School in Melbourne, Florida, and spent the first seven years of his MLB career with the Brewers before signing with the Tigers, in January 2012. John Fielder (born 1950) is an American landscape photographer, nature writer, publisher of over 40 books, and conservationist.
