Réseau ferré de France (RFF, french: French Rail Network) was a French company which owned and maintained the France, French national railway network from 1997 to 2014. The company was formed with the rail assets of SNCF in 1997. Afterwards, the trains were operated by the SNCF, the national railway company, but due to EU Directive 91/440, European Union Directive 91/440, the Government of France was required to separate train operations from the railway infrastructure. On 1 January 2015, RFF became ''SNCF Réseau'', the operational assets of SNCF became ''SNCF Mobilités'', and both groups were placed under the control of SNCF. Unlike other infrastructure managers, RFF did not provide maintenance services or rail traffic control operations, which were both done by SNCF Infra on RFF's behalf. BAP ''Ferré'' (DM-74) was a destroyer in service with the Peruvian Navy from 1973 to 2007. She was built by Yarrow Shipbuilders and completed for the Royal Navy in 1953 as HMS ''Decoy'' (D106). Construction ''Decoy'' was one of six ''Daring''-class destroyers ordered on 16 February 1945, which followed on from 10 ships ordered earlier. Eight of the 16 ''Daring''s were cancelled in December 1945, before they were laid down, but construction of the remaining eight ships continued, while three more were built by Australia. Jean Ferré (29 May 1929, in Saint-Pierre-les-Églises, now part of Chauvigny, Vienne – 10 October 2006, in Saint-Germain-en-Laye) was a French art historian and a right-political journalist.
