Feroz Sherif
Feroz Sherif is a former Indian professional footballer and current coach. He played as a goalkeeper for State Bank of Travancore and India. Career Born in Kochi, Kerala, Sherif spent some of his youth career with Santos Club. Sherif soon joined State Bank of Travancore where he played in local tournaments and the National Football League as well. In 2002, following State Bank of Travancore being relegated from the NFL, Sherif signed for Mahindra United on loan for the 2002–03 season. Sherif also represented his state, Kerala, in the Santosh Trophy. He led the team to the final of the 2001–02 Santosh Trophy against Goa. Kerala won the tournament that year, defeating Goa in the final 3–2 through an Abdul Hakkim hat-trick. Kochi
Kochi (), also known as Cochin ( ) ( the official name until 1996) is a major port city on the Malabar Coast of India bordering the Laccadive Sea, which is a part of the Arabian Sea. The 1998 Asian Games (), officially known as the 13th Asian Games and the XIII Asiad, was an Asian multi-sport event celebrated in Bangkok, Thailand from December 6 to 20, 1998, with 377 events in 36 sports and disciplines participated by 6,554 athletes across the continent. The football event commenced on 30 November 1998, a week earlier than the opening ceremony. Bangkok was awarded the right on September 26, 1990, defeating Taipei, Taiwan and Jakarta, Indonesia to host the Games. Anas Edathodika
Anas Edathodika (born 15 February 1987) is an Indian professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Indian Super League club Jamshedpur and the Indian national team. Club career Early career Born in Kondotty, Malappuram, Kerala, He studied in the EMEA College of Arts and Science, Kondotty. Anas began to take up football as a serious activity when he was in tenth grade, joining the Malappuram U14s. While playing football, Anas also worked as a driver who would drive people around town for Rs. 180 a day.
