Fernando Vera (born 4 February 1954) is a Chilean former cyclist. He competed at the 1976 Summer Olympics and the 1984 Summer Olympics. Vera tested positive for a prohibited substance at the 1983 Pan American Games The 1983 Pan American Games were held in Caracas, Venezuela from August 14 to August 29, 1983. Santiago (, ; ), also known as Santiago de Chile, is the capital and largest city of Chile as well as one of the largest cities in the Americas.
