Fern Saffron Deacon (born 1 September 1998) is an English actress. She is known for her roles as Chloe Voyle on the Channel 4 drama ''Ackley Bridge'' and Agnes on the CBBC series ''Hetty Feather''. Early life Fern Saffron Deacon was born on 1 September 1998 in Hampshire, England. When she was five, her parents enrolled her in acting classes, and at the age of 11, she was accepted into Sylvia Young Theatre School.
