Feargal Logan
Feargal Logan is a Gaelic football manager and former player, who was a starting member of the Tyrone county team that reached the 1995 All-Ireland Senior Football Championship Final. Legal career Since retiring from play, Logan's name has become more known in GAA circles for his work as a lawyer, representing players in disciplinary hearings, most famously reducing Ryan McMenamin's suspension in 2005 to allow him to play the crunch quarter final game against Dublin, by pointing out that the Central Disciplinary Committee had no authority to use television footage when considering a player's punishment. This appeal set a precedent that allowed several other players to successfully revoke their suspensions, such as Armagh players, Kieran McKeever and Paul McGrane. Paul McGrane
Paul McGrane is an Irish Gaelic footballer who played at senior level for the Armagh county team in the 1990s and 2000s. He won an All-Ireland Senior Football Championship medal, seven Ulster Championships and a National League title with the county. He also won two All Star awards. McGrane plays club football for Ballyhegan Davitts. McGrane is a midfielder. He is known as one of Armagh's best ever players. In 2009 to mark the 125th anniversary of the Gaelic Athletic Association he was named by ''The Irish News'' as one of the all-time best 125 footballers from Ulster. The Tyrone Junior Football Club Championship (known for sponsorship reasons as the LCC Group Tyrone Junior Football Club Championship) is an annual Gaelic football competition contested by lower-tier Tyrone GAA clubs. Mickey Harte
Mickey Harte (born 1952) is an Irish Gaelic football Manager (Gaelic games), manager and former player. He has been manager of the Louth county football team, Louth county team since 2020. Harte managed the Tyrone county football team, Tyrone county team from 2002 until his resignation in 2020, at which time he was the longest-serving manager then active with the same team in inter-county competition. Brian Dooher
Brian Dooher is an Irish former Gaelic footballer who was a member the senior Tyrone county team between 1995 and 2011. He was appointed co-manager of the Tyrone senior football team in November 2020 alongside Feargal Logan, succeeding Mickey Harte. He won three All-Ireland Senior Football Championship medals, five Ulster Senior Football Championship and two National League titles with the county. He has also won three All Star Awards, and six Ulster All-Stars - the joint leader with Kieran McGeeney and Steven McDonnell. Dooher played his club football for Clann na nGael. Dooher was renowned for his hardworking playing style, often doing the gritty, unfashionable work, like picking up the ball in defence, to feed the forward players. The Gaelic Players Association ( ga, Cumann na n-Imreoirí Gaelacha), or GPA, is the officially recognised player representative body for inter county Gaelic footballers and Hurling, hurlers in Ireland. The GPA's aim is to promote and protect all aspects of player welfare and to provide an independent voice for players. The GPA was formed in 1999 when former IMG employee Donal O'Neill and a number of high-profile inter-county players, including Tyrone's Fergal Logan and Peter Canavan, Derry's Fergal McCusker and Dublin's Dessie Farrell were instrumental in the birth of the organisation. Kieran McKeever
Kieran McKeever (born 12 March 1968) is a former dual player of Gaelic games who played Gaelic football and hurling for Derry GAA, Derry during the late 1980s, 1990s and early 2000s. He is chiefly known as a footballer and was part of Derry's 1993 All-Ireland Senior Football Championship winning side, also won Ulster Senior Football Championships in 1993 and 1998. With Derry footballers he usually played at corner-back and is regarded as one of the best defenders and tightest markers to have played the game. In 2000 McKeever became the first Ulster GAA, Ulster player to be nominated for GAA All Stars Awards, All Stars in both football and hurling in the same season. Stewartstown Harps GFC
Stewartstown Harps is a Gaelic Athletic Association club which was founded in 1912 and based in the village of Stewartstown in County Tyrone, Northern Ireland. The club plays its games in Mullaghmoyle park. History Stewartstown won the Ulster Junior Club Football Championship in 2004, beating Cremartin in the final. The Harps went on to qualify for the All-Ireland final, but were outclassed by Finuge. In 2006, the Harps regained promotion to Senior Championship Football after a period of 26 years. In 2009 they were again relegated to junior, but the team went on a successful run in the league in 2010, only beaten once.
