In 1968, Imperial Chemical Industries, a British multinational company established a branch in then-East Pakistan. Grameenphone, widely abbreviated as (d/b/a) GP, is the leading telecommunications service provider in Bangladesh, with 83.02 million subscribers (as of January 2022). Shaoila is an Argentine melodic hardcore/ punk rock band from Buenos Aires, Argentina.
