Fatiha Mansouri
Fatiha Mansouri (born 1997) is an Algerian boxer competing in the minimumweight (48kg) division. She won the gold medal in the women's 48kg event at the 2023 African Games held in Accra, Ghana. She also won the gold medal in her event at the 2023 Arab Games held in Algiers, Algeria. Career In 2019, Mansouri competed in the light flyweight event at the AIBA Women's World Boxing Championships held in Ulan-Ude, Russia. She also competed in the minimumweight event at the 2022 IBA Women's World Boxing Championships held in Istanbul, Turkey. She was eliminated in her first match in both events. Mansouri represented Algeria at the 2022 Mediterranean Games held in Oran, Algeria. She competed in the women's light flyweight event where she was eliminated in her first match. Algeria At The 2022 Mediterranean Games
Algeria competed at the 2022 Mediterranean Games in Oran, Algeria over 10 days from 25 June to 5 July 2022 with delegation of 522 persons (324 athletes in 24 sports), including 293 men and 182 women. The country finished the Games with 53 medals amongst all nations: 20 gold, 17 silver, and 16 bronze. This is the best participation in the history of Algeria, breaking the number of the 2001 Mediterranean Games. The sports with the most medals were Athletics, Karate and Boxing. 2023 IBA Women's World Boxing Championships
The 2023 IBA Women's World Boxing Championships were the 13th edition of the championships, held in New Delhi, India from 15 to 26 March 2023.
