Allison Jayne Lurie (born December 4, 1987) in Sherman Oaks, California, is an American rapper, singer, producer, and actress, better known under the stage name Fan 3 (stylized as fan_3). She released several songs in 2004, 2005, 2009, and 2010 though she never released a full-length album. Career 2000: Discovery When she was 13, Lurie cut several songs at her home studio; one of them, "What They Gonna Think," was chosen to be included on the Lizzie McGuire soundtrack. She was subsequently signed to Geffen Records. 2004–2005: Early career Music In 2004, Fan_3 began releasing songs. One song she recorded, "Digits", was featured on the soundtrack for ''Shark Tale''. ''Darcy's Wild Life'' is a teen sitcom starring Sara Paxton, and broadcast on Discovery Kids in the United States, and the Family Channel in Canada, from October 2004 to March 2006. The show also aired on NBC as part of the Discovery Kids on NBC programing block. Premise The series revolved around Darcy Fields, the daughter of an eccentric actress Victoria Fields who decides to move away from Malibu to raise her daughter in a more normal environment. Darcy is slow to adjust to her new home in the country. She gets a job at a local veterinary clinic called Creature Comforts. The show is mostly about the humorous situations Darcy gets into while adjusting to her new surroundings. The series title is a pun on the word "wildlife", which is the main theme of the show. The title refers to Darcy's eccentric life dealing with wildlife. Luscious Jackson is an alternative rock/ rap-rock group formed in 1991. The band's name is a reference to former American basketball player Lucious Jackson.
