FK Sørøy Glimt
Fotballklubben Sørøy Glimt is a Norwegian association football club from Hasvik, Finnmark. The result of a merger between clubs in a tiny municipality, it was still a mainstay in the Third Division between 1995 and 2010. Organization and history It was founded on 6 November 1987 as a merger between Breivikbotn IL and the football section of Hasvik IL. It recruits mainly from the villages Hasvik and Breivikbotn. With only 934 inhabitants, Hasvik was the smallest municipality in Norway to have a Third Division football team. The club colors are red and white, and the club motto is "Unity Gives Strength" ( no, Samhold gir styrke). The men's football team has experienced three runs in the Third Division, the fourth tier of Norwegian football. Its longest run began in 2004. Hasvik ( sme, Ákŋoluovtta gielda; fkv, Hasviikan komuuni) is a municipality in Troms og Finnmark county, Norway. The administrative centre of the municipality is the village of Breivikbotn. Other villages in the municipality include Breivik, Hasvik, and Sørvær. The population of Hasvik has generally been in steady decline due to problems within the fishing industry. Hasvik is an island municipality with no road connections to the rest of Norway. Hasvik Airport is served with regular connections to Tromsø and Hammerfest, and there is a two-hour ferry crossing to the village of Øksfjord on the mainland, providing access by car. Anti-Doping Norway ( no, Antidoping Norge) is a private foundation that claims to be "responsible for prohibiting, investigating and prosecuting doping in Norway," although it has no official authority in the judiciary of Norway. Harstad IL
Harstad Idrettslag is a Norwegian sports club from Harstad, Troms. It has association football, futsal and nordic skiing sections. The club formerly had sections for track and field, skiing and speed skating, but this was discontinued in 1987. The club colors are yellow and black, and their home field is Harstad stadion. This was Norway's first football stadium with artificial turf. The men's football team currently plays in the 4. divisjon, the fifth tier of Norwegian football. The team last played in the Norwegian First Division in 1997. After that they had a long run in the Second Division. It played in the Third Division in 2003, but won their group and won the playoff 5–2 on aggregate against Innstranden.
