Gradski Stadion (Berane)
Berane City Stadium (Montenegrin language, Montenegrin: Gradski stadion Berane/Градски стадион Беране) is a multi-purpose stadium in Berane, Montenegro. Also known as Stadion pod Bogavskim brdom, it is currently used mostly for football (soccer), football matches and is the home ground of FK Berane and FK Radnički Berane, FK Radnički. Also it serves as home ground of Athletic Club Lim. History Stadium was built in 1981 for purposes of hosting Inter-municipalities Youth Sports Games also known as the MOSI Games (Montenegrin language, Montenegrinn: Međuopštinske omladinske sportske igre/Међународне омладинске спортске игре). At that time, capacity of two new stands was 11,000 seats. During the 2017, Football Association of Montenegro started the renovation of the stadium. Berane
Berane ( cyrl, Беране) is one of the largest towns of northeastern Montenegro and a former administrative centre of the Ivangrad District. The town is located on the Lim river. From 1949 to 1992, it was named Ivangrad ( cyrl, Иванград) in honour to people's hero Ivan Milutinović. The town has a population of over 11,000, whereas its municipality area reaches nearly 30,000 people, making it one of the largest centres of Polimlje area. During the medieval period the land of Berane was known as Budimlja (Будимља). It was of great holistic, political and economic importance in the medieval Serbian state and its rulers. Montenegrin Third League
The Third League of Montenegro ( Montenegrin: Treća Crnogorska Liga / Трећа црногорска лига) is the third and lowest-tier football league in Montenegro. It is headed by the regional unions of the Football Association of Montenegro (Union of the clubs - North, Union of the clubs - Center, Union of the clubs - South), under the Football Association of Montenegro. In the 2020-21 season, 30 teams participated, divided into three regions. The top team from each region qualifies for the playoff from which the top team qualify for the Second League of Montenegro.
