FC Uralelektromed Verkhnyaya Pyshma (russian: «Уралэлектромедь» (Верхняя Пышма)) was a Russian football team from Verkhnyaya Pyshma. It played professionally in 1989 and 1993. Their best result was 16th place in the Zone 6 of the Russian Second Division in 1993. In 1994 it was converted to the reserves team of FC Uralmash Yekaterinburg called FC Uralmash-d Yekaterinburg. The Russian Second League (russian: Первенство России II дивизиона ФНЛ), formerly Russian Professional Football League is the third level of Russian professional football (soccer), football. Verkhnyaya Pyshma
Verkhnyaya Pyshma (russian: Ве́рхняя Пышма́) is a town in Sverdlovsk Oblast, Russia, located north of Yekaterinburg. Population: History It was founded in 1660 as the village ('' selo'') of Pyshminskoye, which was named after the Pyshma River. A copper mine opened here in 1856. Town status was granted to it in 1946. Town development in 20th century is closely related to copper production. The factory called Uralelectromed developed here and in 1990s it became the main company of UMMC holding. FC Ural Yekaterinburg (russian: ФК Урал) is a Russian association football club based in Yekaterinburg. They play in the Russian Premier League. History The club was founded in 1930 and was known as Avangard (1930–1948, 1953–1957), Zenit (1944–1946), Mashinostroitel (1958–1959), and Uralmash (1949–1952, 1960–2002).
