FC Kremin-2 Kremenchuk
Kremin-2 Kremenchuk is a Ukrainian football team based in Kremenchuk, Ukraine and it serves as a junior team for the FC Kremin Kremenchuk. Like most tributary teams, the best players are sent up to the senior team, meanwhile developing other players for further call-ups. Competing usually at regional level of Poltava Oblast and occasionally the national amateur competitions, in 2022 it debuted in Ukrainian Second Division. Among notable achievements it should be noted about 2nd place runner of Poltava Oblast football championship in 2000. Earlier in 1999 the team appeared in competitions among amateurs but placed last in its group. Its next appearance at national level the team has made only in the 2019–20 season as Kremin-Yunior. Kremin Arena ( uk, Кремінь-Арена імені Олега Бабаєва) is a Association football, football stadium in Kremenchuk, Ukraine. It is the home stadium of FC Kremin Kremenchuk, its FC Kremin-2 Kremenchuk, Second team, and is named after the club's former honorary president, Oleh Babaiev (1965–2014). Kremenchuk (; uk, Кременчу́к, Kremenchuk ) is an industrial city in central Ukraine which stands on the banks of the Dnipro River. Football Club Kremin Kremenchuk ( uk , ФК Кремінь Кременчук; ru , Кремень Кременчуг, translit=Kremen Kremenchug) is a professional football club based in Kremenchuk, Ukraine. The current club is administered by the city of Kremenchuk and was established in 2003, but it traces its heritage to the previously existing clubs of 1959–1970 and 1985–2001. FC Dnipro Kremenchuk (1959–1970) became the first club from Kremenchuk that obtained the professional status (team of masters). The club only played for six seasons in the Soviet lower leagues before it was dissolved. The Ukrainian Cup ( uk, Кубок України) is an association football national knockout cup competition run by the Ukrainian Association of Football. The competition is conducted almost exclusively among professional clubs. Since the 2003–04 season, the Cup winner qualifies to play the Ukrainian Premier League winner for the Ukrainian Super Cup. Current format The format of this competition consists of two stages: a qualification stage with two rounds followed by the main event (four rounds and the final game).
