''Expeditie Robinson 2009'' is the eleventh season of the RTL5 and 2BE reality television series ''Expeditie Robinson ''Expeditie Robinson'' is a popular reality television program in the Netherlands and Flanders (Belgium) that debuted in 2000 and based on a format first shown by Swedish television in 1997. The format, most notable under the title '' Survivor'', h ...'' scheduled to be first aired on September 3, 2009. It's the first season hosted by Evi Hanssen and Eddy Zoëy, since Ernst-Paul Hasselbach's death in October 2008. This season started off with only female contestants. While, the male contestants had to survive the jungle before entering the expedition. Charlie Parsons
Charles Andrew Parsons is a British television producer known as the creator of the ''Survivor (franchise), Survivor'' franchise. He also created ''The Big Breakfast'' and ''The Word (TV series), The Word''. Education Parsons was educated at Tonbridge School, a boarding independent school in Tonbridge in Kent in South East England, and credits the tough boarding school regime he endured there in the early 1970s, which at the time was commonplace, as providing an inspiration for his creation of the series ''Survivor''. He then went to Pembroke College, Oxford, Pembroke College at the University of Oxford, where he studied English literature and afterwards trained as a journalist.
