The fifteenth cycle of ''America's Next Top Model'' premiered on September 8, 2010 and was the ninth cycle to be aired on The CW network. Several changes were made to the show in a bid to place greater emphasis on high fashion, including a lineup of prominent fashion industry guest judges as well as a change in prizes. All three permanent judges from the previous cycle, ''Vogue'' editor-at-large André Leon Talley, photographer Nigel Barker and Tyra Banks, remained in place. The prizes for this cycle included a modeling contract with IMG Models, a fashion spread in ''Vogue Italia'', and both the cover and a spread in '' Beauty In Vogue'', along with an editorial feature on ''Vogue.it'', and a 100,000 contract with CoverGirl cosmetics. Cynthia Rowley (born July 29, 1958) is an American fashion designer based in the Manhattan neighborhood of New York City. Early life and education Rowley is a native of Barrington, Illinois a northwestern suburb of Chicago. She is one of three children born to Ed Rowley, a former science teacher, and his wife, Clementine, who was a painter. Rowley made her first dress at age seven. Her grandparents included the designer of the Pabst Blue Ribbon logo and a painter. She graduated from Barrington High School and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 1988. Miss Minnesota Teen USA
The Miss Minnesota Teen USA competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the state of Minnesota in the Miss Teen USA pageant. This pageant is directed by Future Productions based in Savage, Minnesota. Minnesota has not been very successful at Miss Teen USA, with their first placement coming in 1995, in the pageant's thirteenth year. Minnesota teens have performed best in the 2000s, with two top fifteen, three top ten placements and a 4th runner-up placement.
