Escape From Scorpion Island (series 1)
''Escape from Scorpion Island'' is a Bafta nominated BBC children's TV adventure game show in which contestants compete to 'escape from an exotic island'. Series 1 was produced by RDF Television. The first premiered on 3 September 2007 on BBC One and was presented by Caroline Flack and Reggie Yates. It was filmed in Fernando de Noronha, Brazil. Synopsis The adventurers arrive on Scorpion Island and are divided into teams, known as Sting and Claw. Each team consists of five members each for a total of ten adventurers. Over the following three weeks the teams are required to complete various challenges in order to gain various advantages throughout the game, such as extra time. The final objective is to be the first team to escape from the island. During the second week the teams collect Powerplayers for headstarts in the final challenge to escape from the island. BBC One

Caroline Flack
Caroline Louise Flack (9 November 1979 – 15 February 2020) was an English television and radio presenter and actress. She won the twelfth series of BBC’s ''Strictly Come Dancing'' in 2014 and presented ''The X Factor'' and later '' Love Island''. Flack grew up in Norfolk and took an interest in dancing and theatre while at school. She began her professional career as an actress, starring in ''Bo' Selecta!'' (2002) and presented various ITV2 shows including '' I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! NOW!'' (2009–2010) and '' The Xtra Factor'' (2011–2013). Her ''Strictly Come Dancing'' win (2014) was praised for achieving a record perfect score in the final. Reggie Yates
Reginald (Reggie) Yates (born 31 May 1983) is a British writer and director with a career spanning three decades on screen as an actor, television presenter and radio DJ. Yates played Leo Jones in ''Doctor Who'' and has worked at the BBC in radio and television–presenting various shows for BBC Radio 1 for a decade as well as hosting the BBC One singing show ''The Voice UK'', hosting the first two series with Holly Willoughby. Fernando De Noronha
Fernando de Noronha () is an archipelago in the Atlantic Ocean, part of the State of Pernambuco, Brazil, and located off the Brazilian coast. It consists of 21 islands and islets, extending over an area of . Only the eponymous main island is inhabited; it has an area of and a population estimated at 3,101 in 2020. While the archipelago is relatively low-lying, there are parts stretching above in elevation. The islands are administratively unique in Brazil. YTV (TV Channel)
YTV is a Canadian English language specialty channel owned by YTV Canada, Inc., a subsidiary of Corus Entertainment. The channel and its programming is targeted at children and young teenagers; its name was originally thought to be an abbreviation for "Youth Television", though the channel's website has denied this. The channel was launched on September 1, 1988 by owners Rogers Media and CUC Broadcasting upon launch. In 1995, Shaw Communications acquired CUC's 34% stake and in 1998, it acquired Rogers' remaining interest of the channel, before Shaw's media division was spun off to form Corus Entertainment in 1999.
