Erika Vikman
Erika Vikman (born 20 February 1993) is a Finnish singer and songwriter. Beginning her career as a Finnish tango singer, Vikman first received recognition after winning Tangomarkkinat in 2016. She later received further nationwide attention following the release of the single " Cicciolina" in 2020, which became her first top five hit in Finland. Her debut self-titled studio album was released the following year, and topped the charts in Finland. Early life and education Vikman was born on 20 February 1993 in Tampere. She later grew up in Lempäälä and Pori. Her mother was also a singer, who sang Finnish tango music and competed in Tangomarkkinat. She has a sister named Jennika, who also is a singer. Vikman began singing as a teenager, and won the girls' division in the 2008 Junior Tango Competition. She later also participated in the 2010 Tampere Springboard Competition. Cicciolina (song)
"Cicciolina" is a song recorded by Finnish singer Erika Vikman, and written by Vikman, Janne Rintala, Mika Laakkonen, and Saskia Vanhalakka, with production handled by Laakkonen. The song was released through Warner Music Finland and Mökkitie Records on 27 January 2020, as the lead single from Vikman's self-titled debut album, after having been announced as one of the competing entries in Uuden Musiikin Kilpailu 2020, the Finnish national selection for the Eurovision Song Contest 2020. Vikman performed the song during the final of Uuden Musiikin Kilpailu on 7 March 2020, where it finished as the runner-up. Lyrically inspired by the Hungarian-Italian pornographic actress-turned-politician Ilona Staller, also known by her stage name Cicciolina, critics described the song as a Finnish disco track, influenced by Finnish singers such as Kikka Sirén and Frederik. ''Vain elämää'' is the Finnish version of '' The Best Singers'' series broadcast on Finnish Nelonen commercial television channel fashioned on the successful Dutch series ''De beste zangers van Nederland''. Each day, one artist would be chosen, and the remaining artists would perform covers of her or his songs and would be assessed by the original artist. The last day would be dedicated to duets of the most popular performances. The title of the Finnish series is inspired by the 1973 song ''Vain elämää'' ( fi. "it's only life") by Irwin Goodman. Antti Tuisku (born 27 February 1984) is a Finnish pop singer. He finished third in the 2003 '' Idols'' talent show, the Finnish version of ''Pop Idol''. Tuisku has sold over 300,000 records during his career in Finland. In 2016, Tuisku won the Best Male Artist 2015 award at Emma-gaala. His 2016 album ''En kommentoi'' received the Record of the Year and Best Pop Album of the Year awards. Career ''En kommentoi'' Tuisku's 10th album ''En kommentoi'' was released in May 2015. Arttu-Pekka Aleksi Wiskari (born September 16, 1984) is a Finnish singer-songwriter. Wiskari has attended several Finnish television programs including The Voice Kids, Tähdet tähdet, and Vain elämää. Before full-time musical career, Wiskari has worked in Finnish hardware store RTV. Wiskari's eponymous debut album was released in June 2011 by Warner Music Finland.
