The World of Outlaws Case Construction Late Model Series is a Dirt Super Late Model touring series currently owned by World Racing Group, and is sanctioned by the World of Outlaws & DIRTcar. The series competes on dirt ovals across the United States, primarily throughout the east coast & the midwest. The series has also raced in Canada in previous years. The series is currently sponsored by Case Construction Equipment. The cars feature a purpose-built chassis design specifically for dirt late model racing. Joshua Richards (born March 22, 1988) is an American professional stock car racing driver from Shinnston, West Virginia. He currently competes full-time in the World of Outlaws Late Model Series, in the No. 1R Rocket Chassis for Boom Briggs Racing, where he has been a champion in 2009, 2010, 2013, and 2016. Richards was also a champion in the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series in 2017. Richards has raced on asphalt. He competed in the ARCA Racing Series, NASCAR K&N Pro Series East, NASCAR Camping World Truck Series and peaked with 14 starts in the 2012 NASCAR Nationwide Series. Bedford Speedway is a 5/8 mile (1 km) oval, semi-banked, clay, race track located in Bedford County, near Bedford, Pennsylvania. The track is also known as the Bedford Fairgrounds Speedway and is host to the Great Bedford County Fair. The track hosts the All Star Circuit of Champions, World of Outlaws Late Model Series. History Bedford Speedway held its first racing event on September 4, 1936 during the Great Bedford Fair and continues to operate as the oldest active dirt speedway in Pennsylvania. North East, Pennsylvania
North East is a borough in Erie County, Pennsylvania, United States, northeast of Erie. Located in the county's northeastern corner, the name comes from the geographical location. The population was 4,114 at the 2020 census, down from 4,294 in 2010. Nazareth Speedway
Nazareth Speedway was an auto racing facility near Nazareth in the Lehigh Valley region of Pennsylvania which operated from 1910 to 2004 in two distinct course configurations. In its early years, it was a dirt twin oval layout. In 1987 it was reopened as a paved tri-oval that measured just slightly under 1 mile. The facility is often linked to local drivers Mario and Michael Andretti's early racing careers. It was also associated with Frankie Schneider due to his large number of wins on the two dirt tracks. As of November 2015, the site was purchased by Raceway Properties LLC under David Jaindl. There are no current plans to return racing to the facility.
