Enterprise Building (China)
The Enterprise Building () is the headquarters of the Chinese game developer company, NetDragon Websoft. It is located in the Chinese coastal city of Changle, a suburb of Fuzhou in Fujian province. The building resembles ''Star Trek'' Starship ''Enterprise'' — specifically, the ''Enterprise''-E featured in several ''Star Trek'' films. Construction It was sponsored by NetDragon Websoft’s founder Liu Dejian (), a Chinese millionaire and a fan of the ''Star Trek'' show. It was constructed with permission from the show copyright holders and is described as "the only licensed ''Star Trek'' building in the world". NetDragon Websoft
NetDragon Websoft is a Chinese company that develops and operates massively multiplayer online games in addition to making mobile applications. The company debuted its first product in 2002. Some self-developed games it operates in China are based on Western IP, such as properties of Disney, Electronic Arts, and Ubisoft. Other games based on its own IP are distributed in CIS nations, the Middle East, North Africa, Portugal, Russia, and Vietnam, etc. Some games are also available in English. Prior to selling this side of the business to Baidu, the company created a mobile phone app store stocked with self-created games and applications. Changle District
(, Foochow Romanized: Diòng-lŏ̤h) is one of 6 urban districts of the prefecture-level city of Fuzhou, the capital of Fujian Province, China. It occupies a land area of and a sea area of . Changle was established in the sixth year of Emperor Wude (623 AD) during the Tang Dynasty, and it became a county-level city on February 18, 1994. The district faces the East China Sea and is connected to Mawei district by the Min River. Due to an increase in businesses, the province is now one of the richest provinces in China. The city was upgraded to a district in August 2017 by a government proposal. Fuzhou
Fuzhou (; , Fuzhounese: Hokchew, ''Hók-ciŭ''), alternately romanized as Foochow, is the capital and one of the largest cities in Fujian province, China. Along with the many counties of Ningde, those of Fuzhou are considered to constitute the Mindong (lit. Eastern Fujian) linguistic and cultural area. Fuzhou lies on the north (left) bank of the estuary of Fujian's largest river, the Min River. All along its northern border lies Ningde, and Ningde's Gutian County lies upriver. Its population was 7,115,370 inhabitants as of the 2010 census, of whom 4,408,076 inhabitants are urban representing around 61.95%, while rural population is at 2,707,294 representing around 38.05%. Fujian
Fujian (; alternately romanized as Fukien or Hokkien) is a province on the southeastern coast of China. Fujian is bordered by Zhejiang to the north, Jiangxi to the west, Guangdong to the south, and the Taiwan Strait to the east.
