Druzhby Street (russian: у́лица Дру́жбы, romanised: ''úlitsa Drúzhby'') is a street in Ramenki District, West Administrative District, Moscow. Zhang Hanhui (; born October 1963) is a Chinese politician and diplomat currently serving as the List of ambassadors of China to Russia, Chinese Ambassador to Russia. Previously he served as deputy minister of Foreign Affairs and List of ambassadors of China to Kazakhstan, Chinese Ambassador to Kazakhstan. Biography Zhang was born in Jianping County, Liaoning, in October 1963. He graduated from Shanghai International Studies University, where he majored in Russian language and literature. The People's Republic of China has the largest diplomatic network in the world, representing the country's significant economic, commercial, political, cultural, and military links around the world. For over fifty years the PRC has been competing with the Republic of China for diplomatic recognition in the international community. Until the 1970s, most countries in the world recognized the Republic of China instead of the People's Republic of China.
