Elisa Lucinda
Elisa Lucinda (born February 2, 1958) is a Brazilian actress, singer, poet, writer and journalist. Born in Cariacica, Espírito Santo, she studied poetry between the age of 11 and 17. Lucinda attended journalism school at Vitória, when she worked writing for newspapers and in a news program. Lucinda was 27 when she decided to move to Rio de Janeiro to become an actress; however, her poetry was more successful. After selling poems and hand-written books, she attracted attention from stage and television directors, debuting on Rede Manchete's telenovela A telenovela is a type of a television serial drama or soap opera produced primarily in Latin America. Cariacica
Cariacica is a municipality in the state of Espírito Santo, Brazil, part of the Greater Vitória metropolitan area. Location Cariacica is located 10 km northwest of Vitória, the capital of the state. It has a population of 383,917 (2020) and forms part of the Greater Vitória metropolitan area. The municipality contains the Duas Bocas Biological Reserve, created in 1991 to protect part of the water supply. History Before the arrival of the colonists to this area, Tupiniquim Indians made this area their home. The name "Cariacica" comes from their language, meaning "the arrival of white men".
