Eliot Vassamillet (born 29 December 2000) is a Belgian singer who represented Belgium at the Eurovision Song Contest 2019 in Tel Aviv, Israel and failed to qualify for the grand final. He was selected internally with the song " Wake Up" written by Pierre Dumoulin, who previously wrote " City Lights" for singer Blanche, which placed 4th in Eurovision Song Contest 2017, and Vassamillet himself. Mons
Mons (; German and nl, Bergen, ; Walloon and pcd, Mont) is a city and municipality of Wallonia, and the capital of the province of Hainaut, Belgium. Hooverphonic is a Belgian band that formed in October 1995. Though originally categorized as a trip hop group, they quickly expanded their sound to the point where they could no longer be described as a singular genre, but rather encompass alternative, electronica, electropop, rock, and a mixture of others. Laura Groeseneken (born 30 April 1990), also known as Sennek, is a Belgian singer and songwriter. She represented Belgium in the Eurovision Song Contest 2018 with the song A Matter of Time, but did not make it to the final. ''The Voice Belgique'' is a francophone Belgian reality television singing competition. The TV show is part of the international "Voice" franchise that started in the Netherlands as ''The Voice of Holland''. It kicked off on December 20, 2011, one month after its Flemish Belgian counterpart, ''The Voice van Vlaanderen'' went on air. It is currently airing on La Une from RTBF network.
