Vocento, S.A., also known as Grupo Vocento, is a Spanish mass media group. Its flagship daily newspaper is the conservative and monarchist ''ABC'', also publishing '' El Correo''. Vocento was created in 2001 upon the merger of Grupo Correo with , the publisher of ''ABC''. Santander, Spain
Santander () is the capital of the autonomous community and historical region of Cantabria situated on the north coast of Spain. It is a port city located east of Gijón and west of Bilbao with a population of 172,000 (2017). ''ABC'' () is a Spanish national daily newspaper. It is the second largest general-interest newspaper in Spain, number one in Madrid, and the oldest newspaper still operating in Madrid. Along with '' El Mundo'' and '' El País'', it is one of Spain’s three newspapers of record. History and profile ''ABC'' was first published in Madrid on 1 January 1903 by Torcuato Luca de Tena y Álvarez-Ossorio. History and profile The brothers Ybarra y de la Revilla – Fernando, Gabriel and Emilio – founded ''El Pueblo Vasco'' ("The Basque People") on 1 May 1910, with Juan de la Cruz as founding editor. ''El Diario Vasco'' (English: ''The Basque Daily'') is a Spanish morning daily newspaper based in San Sebastián, Basque Country. History and profile ''El Diario Vasco'' was founded in 1934 by the Sociedad Vascongada de Publicaciones, led by conservative writers such as Juan Ignacio Luca de Tena or Ramiro de Maeztu. The paper has its headquarters in San Sebastián. The J/80 is an American trailerable sailboat that was designed by Rod Johnstone as a one design racer and first built in 1992. The design is a recognized International Sailing Federation world class with a crew of three sailors. Production The design has been built by Tillotson Pearson since 1992, for J/Boats in the United States, with over 1,600 built and it remains in production. At one time it was produced by Waterline Systems, also located in the US. Design The J/80 is a racing keelboat, with the hull built predominantly of fiberglass.
