The Ashanti Region is located in southern part of Ghana and it is the third largest of 16 administrative regions, occupying a total land surface of or 10.2 percent of the total land area of Ghana. Ejura Sekyedumase Municipal District is one of the forty-three districts in Ashanti Region, Ghana. Originally created as an ordinary district assembly in 1988 as Ejura Sekyedumase District, which it was created from parts of the former Sekyere District and Offinso District Councils. Later, it has elevated to municipal district assembly status on 28 June 2012. Yeji
Yeji is a town in the centre of Ghana and the capital of the Pru East District of the Bono East Region in Ghana. Yeji is adjacent to Lake Volta. Yeji is connected by highway to Ejura and Kwadjokrom. Emmanuel Kwame "Ymma" Agyeman Boakye (born 25 March 1985 in Ejura, Ghana) is a Ghanaian-Dutch professional footballer who is currently a free agent.
