Evergreen Secondary School
Evergreen Secondary School (EVGSS) is a co-educational government secondary school in Woodlands, Singapore. Founded in 2000, the integrated government school offers secondary education under SBB that offers 3 bands, which lead up to the Singapore-Cambridge GCE Ordinary Level or the Singapore Examinations and Assessment Board#GCE .27N.27 Level, Singapore-Cambridge GCE Normal Level examination. Students and teachers of the school are referred to as 'EVGians'. Media produced by the school is also uploaded on the YouTube channel, Facebook and Instagram History EVGSS was founded on 3 January 2000 in Woodlands, Singapore, Woodlands New Town.EVGSS moved into their newly-built compound in June the same year. The Singapore-Cambridge General Certificate of Education Ordinary Level (or Singapore-Cambridge GCE O-Level) is a GCE Ordinary Level examination held annually in Singapore and is jointly conducted by the Ministry of Education (MOE), Singapore Examinations and Assessment Board (SEAB) and the University of Cambridge Local Examinations Syndicate (UCLES). Republic Polytechnic (RP) is a post-secondary education institution and statutory board under the purview of the Ministry of Education in Singapore. Lim Wee Kiak ( zh, s=林伟杰, p=Lín Wěijié; born 1968) is a Singaporean politician and ophthalmologist.
