The European Women's Beach Handball Championship is the official competition for women's senior national beach handball teams of Europe. It was first organized by the EHF in 2000. 2009 European Beach Handball Championship

Umag (; it, Umago) is a coastal town in Istria, Croatia. Geography It is the westernmost town of Croatia, and it includes Bašanija, the westernmost point of Croatia.
