Estellencs is a municipality on the Spanish Balearic island of Majorca. The village of the same name is the administrative seat of the municipality. Calvià
Calvià () is a municipality on the island of Majorca, part of the Spanish autonomous community of the Balearic Islands. It is located in the southwestern part of the island of Majorca, between the Serra de Tramuntana and the Serra de Na Burguesa. The municipal seat is the town of Calvià Vila. Calvià has an approximate area of . It is bordered on the north by the municipalities of Puigpunyent and Estellencs, Palma de Mallorca (Palma), the island's capital to the east, Andratx to the west and to the south by the Mediterranean Sea. Banyalbufar
Banyalbufar is a municipality on the Spain, Spanish Balearic Islands, Balearic island of Majorca. The town of the same name is the administrative seat of the municipality. It borders the municipalities of Estellencs, Puigpunyent, Esporles, and Valldemossa. Geography The municipality of Banyalbufar has an area of 18.1 km2 and lies next to the Serra de Tramuntana mountain off the C-710 along the road from Andratx to Valldemossa. The municipality also contains four smaller mountains, of which ''Mola de Planícia'' is the highest at 942 m, and ''Sa Talaia'' is the lowest at 309 m. Rainfall can occur all year round. Puigpunyent
Puigpunyent () is a municipality in western Majorca, one of the Balearic Islands, Spain. The village is surrounded by high mountains covered in pine and evergreen oak woodland and olive, almond and carob tree groves as well as cultivated fields. The views of the mountains are stunning with the Puig de Galatzó being the highlight. Around the village stand large country houses. Traditionally these grand estates were the nucleus of village life. Until the middle of the twentieth century, agriculture and cattle farming were the two main occupations within the area but now many inhabitants commute for 20 minutes into Palma. The valley of Puigpunyent was one of the first inhabited areas on the island. This is demonstrated through the amount of talaiots in the area. Serra De Tramuntana
The Serra de Tramuntana (, es, Sierra de Tramontana) is a mountain range running southwest–northeast which forms the northern backbone of the Spanish island of Mallorca. It is also the name given to the comarca of the same area. On 27 June 2011, the Tramuntana Range was awarded World Heritage Status by UNESCO as an area of great physical and cultural significance. Geography The highest peak is the Puig Major, which at 1,436 meters, is the highest mountain in the Balearic Islands. The second highest peak is Penyal de Migdia which is at 1,398 meters. It is followed by the Puig de Massanella, which stands at 1,364 meters. Andratx
Andratx () is a Municipalities of Spain, municipality on Mallorca, one of the Balearic Islands, along the Mediterranean east coast of Spain. It is located on the southwest tip of the island. Port d'Andratx, located a few miles south of Andratx, is an exclusive resort. History The town of Andratx is ancient and until recently was mainly inhabited by local Majorcan people.
