Estancia High School is located in Costa Mesa, California and is part of the Newport-Mesa Unified School District which serves approximately 21,000 students who reside in the cities of Newport Beach and Costa Mesa. Jeff Graham (born February 5, 1966) is a former American football quarterback who played five seasons in the National Football League with the San Diego Chargers, Seattle Seahawks and Oakland Raiders. Allan Roy Mansoor (born June 16, 1964) is an American politician and former member of the California State Assembly.
