Matthew "Matt" Fuerbringer (born January 29, 1974) is an American beach volleyball player. Throughout his AVP career, he has teamed up with Casey Jennings. Biography Fuerbringer was born in Costa Mesa, California. He attended Estancia High School. He received a degree in American Studies at Stanford University. Casey Jennings
Casey Thomas Jennings (born July 10, 1975) is an American beach volleyball player. He teams up with Kevin Wong and has teamed up with Brad Keenan or Matt Fuerbringer during most of his career. He married Kerri Walsh, a beach volleyball player with three gold and one bronze Olympic medals, in 2005. Personal life Jennings, the youngest of 5 brothers, was born in Las Vegas, Nevada. He received a degree in Sociology from Brigham Young University. Casey is a practicing Mormon. Jennings married Hilary Clark on June 5, 1999, and filed for divorce on November 17, 2000. Beach Volleyball
Beach volleyball is a team sport played by two teams of two or more players on a sand court divided by a net. Similar to indoor volleyball, the objective of the game is to send the ball over the net and to ground it on the opponent's side of the court. Each team also works in unison to prevent the opposing team from grounding the ball on their side of the court. Teams are allowed up to three touches to return the ball across the net, and individual players may not touch the ball twice consecutively except after a touch off an attempted block. Making a block touch leaves only two more touches before the ball must be hit over.
