Esporte Clube Tupy, commonly known as Tupy, is a Brazilian football club based in Vila Velha, Espírito Santo state. History The club was founded on October 16, 1938, becoming professional in 1988. They won the Campeonato Capixaba Second Level in 2001. In 2003, Túlio Maravilha was signed to play the Copa Espirito Santo, scoring 3 goals. Temporary bleachers had to be installed on Gil Bernardes stadium to accommodate the increased number of fans who wanted to see him playing. Vila Velha
Vila Velha (; Portuguese for "Old Village") is a coastal city in Espírito Santo, Brazil. It lies across from Vitória, the state capital. Its population was 501,325 (2020) and its area is 210.23 km². The Campeonato Capixaba is the football league of the Brazilian state of Espírito Santo. Túlio Maravilha
Túlio Humberto Pereira Costa (born 2 June 1969), sometimes simply referred as Túlio or Túlio Maravilha ("Wonder Túlio"), is a former Brazilian international footballer who played as a forward. He played for many Brazilian club teams, such as Goiás, Botafogo, Corinthians, Vitória, Fluminense, Cruzeiro and Vila Nova and several lower-division teams in Brazil. In Europe, he had short-lived career, playing for Sion and Újpest. His best years were while he was at Botafogo, where he was three times the Brazilian top scorer (1989, 1994 and 1995) and won the 1995 Campeonato Brasileiro. After this he became a journeyman and never played for the same team for more than one season at most. According to himself, he reached the mark of thousand goals in 2014, at 44 years old.
