Ernst Stankovski
Ernst Stankovski (16 June 1928 – 26 January 2022) was an Austrian actor. He appeared in more than one hundred films since 1949. Stankovski died in Klosterneuburg on 26 January 2022, at the age of 93. ''The Captain'' (german: Der Kapitän) is a 1971 West German comedy film directed by Kurt Hoffmann and starring Heinz Rühmann, Johanna Matz and Horst Tappert.Bock & Bergfelder p.207 The captain of an old tramp steamer is offered the chance to take over a luxury cruise ship. The film is based upon the 1954 novel ''The Captain's Table'' by Richard Gordon. It is a remake of the British film ''The Captain's Table'' (1959). ''Inspector Rex'' (German: ''Kommissar Rex''; Italian: ''Il commissario Rex'') is an Austrian-Italian police procedural comedy-drama television series created by Peter Hajek and Peter Moser.
