Ernesto Díaz González
Ernesto Diaz Gonzalez (born 1939) (in Spanish) is a Puerto Rican sportscaster who has worked since 1962 on Puerto Rican television. Diaz Gonzalez has narrated various sports such as baseball and boxing, but he is better known for his narration of BSN and Puerto Rican men's national team basketball games. Ernesto Diaz Gonzalez is also known by the Puerto Rican public as "Ernestito". Biography Ernesto Diaz Gonzalez grew up as a fan of cockfighting. His father took him to watch cockfights at a local cockfighting arena when he was about 11 or 12 years old. Later, Diaz Gonzalez attended university, where he began learning some phrases that he would later use during basketball game transmissions. Jerome Mincy
Jerome Alfred Mincy Clark (born November 10, 1964) is a Puerto Rican former professional basketball player who was born to Shelly and Willie Mincy at Ramey Air Force Base in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico on November 10, 1964. He played in the NCAA with the UAB Blazers and the Baloncesto Superior Nacional (BSN) with Vaqueros de Bayamón. He was a member of the Puerto Rican national team from 1983 to 2002. Biography Jerome joined the BSN's ''Vaqueros De Bayamón'' when he turned 18, in 1982, while attending College at UAB. Following his senior season he failed to make the roster of the NBA's New York Knicks. He was selected in the fifth round of the 1986 NBA Draft by the Knicks, but never made the roster. He completed a solid career playing abroad in France, Spain and Argentina with the Boca Juniors. José Santori Coll (May 7, 1932 – April 2, 2018) was a Puerto Rican basketball player and coach. Santori was also, for a short period late in his life, a bachata singer; he recorded an album, named ''El Sentimiento de Fufi'' (''Fufi's Feeling'') and musically directed by Harry Fraticelli, during 2011. Rafael Bracero Torres (born 1940 in Santurce, Puerto Rico) is a Puerto Rican sportscaster. Bracero graduated from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez then known as ''Colegio de Artes Mecánicas'' (College of Arts and Mechanical Arts - ''CAAM'' in Spanish) with a degree in civil engineering, and then he joined Puerto Rico's Perez Perry ''Channel 11'' to cover sports as their main reporter. The ''Perez Perry Network'' soon went bankrupt and then Bracero became the night sportscaster on WAPA-TV, a position in which he performed at for two years and a half. Manuel Rivera Morales (''aka'' "Manolo", "El Olimpico", "Mr. Apuntenlo") (May 14, 1923–May 25, 2000) (in Spanish) was a Puerto Rican sportscaster, radio announcer and marketing sales executive. Rivera Morales is considered by many to be the best sportscaster in Puerto Rican history. Carlos Obed Ortiz Baerga (; ; born November 4, 1968) is a Puerto Rican former Major League Baseball player. The Baloncesto Superior Nacional, abbreviated as BSN, is the first-tier-level professional men's basketball list of basketball leagues, league in Puerto Rico.
