Equestrian Events At The 2010 Asian Games
Equestrian events at the 2010 Asian Games were held in Guangzhou Equestrian Venue, Conghua, Guangdong, China from 14 November to 24 November 2010. There were three equestrian disciplines: dressage, eventing and jumping. All three disciplines were further divided into individual and team contests for a total of six events. After the Games, Guangzhou Equestrian Venue was bought by Hong Kong Jockey Club, and rebuilt to create Conghua Racechouse. Equestrian sports and Equestrian Endurance were contested at the 2006 Asian Games in Doha, Qatar, from 4 to 14 December. In this sport, men and women compete side by side, against one another. There were three equestrian disciplines: dressage, eventing and jumping. Endurance events was contested on 14 December on Mesaieed Endurance Course. Cai Qiao or Chiao Tsai () was a Chinese physiologist and physician. Cai is famous for his discovery in the 1920s of the ventral tegmental area, which is also known as the ventral tegmental area of Tsai. He was elected as a member of Academia Sinica in 1948, also a member of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1955. Kim Dong-seon
Kim Dong-seon (김동선, or ; born 30 May 1989 in Seoul, South Korea) is a South Korean dressage rider. He competed at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, where he placed 43rd in the individual competition aboard Bukowski. He also competed at the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo, where he finished 55th in the individual competition. Kim is a graduate of Dartmouth College. Kim took part at two World Equestrian Games (in 2014 and 2018). His best result was achieved in 2018, when he placed 47th. Mohd Qabil Ambak Tan Sri Mahamad Fathil (born 15 January 1980, Kuala Lumpur) is a Malaysian equestrian rider. He competed at five Asian Games and SEA Games in jumping and dressage and earned in total 22 medals. Quzandria Nur Dato' Mahamad Fathil (born 25 April 1982) is a Malaysian equestrian rider. Nur competed at three Asian Games, in Bangkok 1998, Doha 2006 and Guangzhou 2010.
