Eoghan McGettigan
Eoghan McGettigan (born 1997/8) is an Irish Gaelic footballer who plays for Naomh Conaill and the Donegal county team. Playing career Club McGettigan won a Donegal Senior Football Championship (SFC) with his club in 2015, appearing as a substitute in the final, when he was 17 years of age. He won a second Donegal SFC with his club in 2019, after a three-game final in which he scored 0–4 (from four frees) in the first game, 0–2 (from two frees) in the second game but was held scoreless in the low-scoring third game.GAME 1: GAME 2: GAME 3: With six points, he was his club's leading scorer in the 2019 Ulster Senior Club Football Championship semi-final victory against Clontibret. Naomh Conaill CLCG
Naomh Conaill CLCG is a GAA club for the Glenties parish in south-west County Donegal. As well as the town of Glenties, the club also covers the area to the village of Fintown and the areas of Kilraine, The Glen and Maas down to the Gweebara Bridge. Much of this area lies within the Donegal Gaeltacht area. Martin Regan is the current football manager. Naomh Conaill is one of the strongholds of Gaelic football in County Donegal, and are currently Senior Football Champions having beaten St Eunan’s in the 2022 Final. 2016 All-Ireland Minor Football Championship
The 2016 All-Ireland Minor Football Championship was the Gaelic Athletic Association, GAA's premier inter-county gaelic football competition for under 18's. 32 teams took part. The winners receive the Tom Markham Cup. The 2015 All-Ireland Minor Football Championship, defending champions were Kerry GAA, Kerry who defeated Tipperary GAA, Tipperary in the 2015 final. 2021 Ulster Senior Football Championship
The 2021 Ulster Senior Football Championship is the 133rd installment of the annual Ulster Senior Football Championship organised by Ulster GAA. It is one of the four provincial competitions of the 2021 All-Ireland Senior Football Championship. The winners receive the Anglo-Celt Cup. The draw for the championship was made on 22 April 2021. Teams The Ulster championship is contested by the nine counties in the province of Ulster. Ulster comprises the six counties of Northern Ireland as well as Cavan, Donegal and Monaghan in the Republic of Ireland. The 2021 National Football League, known for sponsorship reasons as the Allianz National Football League, was the 90th staging of the National Football League (NFL), an annual Gaelic football tournament for Gaelic Athletic Association county teams. Thirty-one county teams from the island of Ireland compete; Kilkenny do not participate. London did not participate, due to restrictions around travel in place to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic. In December 2020, it was announced that each division would be divided into North and South sections in order to reduce fixtures and minimise cross-border matches. This plan had been hinted at as early as September 2020. Teams would play three league games, plus possibly two knockout matches, allowing the tournament to be finished in just five rounds of games. Mayo County Football Team
The Mayo county football team (;) represents Mayo in men's Gaelic football and is governed by Mayo GAA, the county board of the Gaelic Athletic Association. The team competes in the three major annual inter-county competitions; the All-Ireland Senior Football Championship, the Connacht Senior Football Championship and the National Football League. Michael Langan (Gaelic Footballer)
Michael Langan is an Irish Gaelic footballer who plays for St Michael's and the Donegal county team. Playing career He won his first inter-county title while playing for the Donegal under-16 team in the 2013 Buncrana Cup. Langan was then part of the under-17 county team that won a Jim McGuigan Cup. He played for Donegal in the Ulster Minor Football Championship, but his team did not win that competition. However, Langan played on a Donegal team that won the 2017 Ulster Under-21 Football Championship, and was awarded EirGrid GAA U21 Player of the Province for Ulster. Highland Radio is the local radio service for the County Donegal (North) franchise, operating under a licence from the Broadcasting Authority of Ireland (BAI). Martin 'Marty' O'Reilly is an Irish Gaelic footballer and hurler who plays for Seán MacCumhaills of Ballybofey and also, formerly, for the Donegal county football team. Martin McElhinney
Martin McElhinney (born 10 August 1988) is an Irish Gaelic footballer who plays for St Michael's and also, formerly, for the Donegal county team (between 2007 and 2019). Among other accolades, he has one All-Ireland Senior Football Championship and four Ulster Senior Football Championships to his name. He is from Creeslough. The 2019 All-Ireland Senior Football Championship was the 132nd edition of the Gaelic Athletic Association, GAA's premier inter-county Gaelic football tournament since its establishment in 1887.
