Enrique Cruz (journalist)
José Enrique "Kike" Cruz Díaz (born 28 December, 1952), better known as Enrique "Kike" Cruz, is a Puerto Rican television journalist. A former news director of Canal 4, Cruz is in the Guinness Book of World Records as having the longest career as a television news director, being the news director of Canal 4's news show, Noticentro 4, for 42 years. Early life Cruz was born in Orocovis, Puerto Rico, the son of businessman Carmelo Cruz and homemaker Berta Díaz. In high school, Cruz used to do the school announcements on the school's public speaker. He was selected as class, student council and Catholic students body president. At the age of 19, Cruz debuted as a radio news journalist at WIAC, a radio station in San Juan. Orocovis, Puerto Rico
Orocovis (from Taino language, Orocobix popularly thought to mean "''remembrance of the first mountain''") is a town and municipality of Puerto Rico located in the Central Mountain Range, north of Villalba and Coamo; south of Morovis and Corozal; southeast of Ciales; east of Jayuya; and west of Barranquitas. Jorge Rivera Nieves (born January 22, 1951) is a Puerto Rican television news anchorman. He is an anchorman at Telemundo Puerto Rico's daily television news show, "Telenoticias". Early life Rivera Nieves was born in the San Juan suburb of Río Piedras, the son of Jorge Rivera, from the southern Puerto Rican city of San Germán and of Esperanza Nieves, from Yabucoa, a city in eastern Puerto Rico. Keylla Ivonne Hernández Ramos (May 10, 1973 – December 31, 2018) better known as Keylla Hernández, was a Puerto Rican television reporter. She worked for WAPA-TV and was the co-anchor of the station's morning news show, ''Noticentro al Amanecer''. Personal Hernández was born on May 10, 1973 in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico. Hernández had a husband, Robin, and two sons. She graduated in journalism from the Universidad del Sagrado Corazón in 1995. Avelino Muñoz Stevenson (November 23, 1956 at San Juan, Puerto Rico – June 21, 2019 at Hato Rey, Puerto Rico) was a Puerto Rican television sportscaster, newspaper reporter, actor, comedian, show host, emcee, television producer and musical promoter of Panamanian descent. Luis Francisco Ojeda
Luis Francisco Ojeda (born June 16, 1941) is a well-known Puerto Rican television, radio reporter and host, noted for his aggressive, uncompromising questioning. He spent 50 years on radio until his retirement in 2020. Early years Ojeda was born in Jayuya. He moved to Ponce when he was still a youngster. While studying in high school, he got his first opportunity to talk live in a daily show, becoming a newscaster for Ponce's WPAB radio station. Career as a newscaster Ojeda signed a contract with WAPA in 1960, and moved to San Juan. Aníbal González Irizarry (February 25, 1927 – November 14, 2018) was a Puerto Rican educator, journalist and news broadcaster. Early years González Irizarry was born and raised in Sabana Grande, Puerto Rico, where he received his primary and secondary education. Luis Antonio Cosme is a Puerto Rican television cook, actor, singer, musician, writer, producer, reporter and show host. Angel Efren Arroyo (June 18, 1953 – September 2, 2021), better known as Efren Arroyo, was a Puerto Rican radio and television newscaster.
