Efren Arroyo
Angel Efren Arroyo (June 18, 1953 – September 2, 2021), better known as Efren Arroyo, was a Puerto Rican radio and television newscaster. He was known as an investigative reporter for Televicentro de Puerto Rico's news show Noticentro 4, where he worked at for an aggregated 32 years. Arroyo also worked at Telemundo Puerto Rico's Telenoticias en Accion and was a reporter for El Reportero, a Puerto Rican newspaper. Arroyo worked as a television journalist for a total of 40 years. Biography Arroyo was born in Santurce, San Juan, Puerto Rico. He was a resident of Río Piedras. Arroyo briefly studied acting, taking drama classes at the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus, under the tutelage of the noted actor, director, writer and acting teacher Dean Zayas. WAPA-TV (channel 4) is a Spanish-language independent television station in San Juan, Puerto Rico. It is owned by Hemisphere Media Group, which is 84% owned by InterMedia Partners. WAPA-TV's studios are located on Avenida Luis Vigoreaux in Guaynabo, and its transmitter is located at the WKAQ-TV (channel 2) transmission tower at Cerro La Santa in Cayey near the Bosque Estatal de Carite mountain reserve. The station's signal is relayed across Puerto Rico through two full-power satellite stations: WTIN-TV (digital channel 14, virtual channel 4) in Ponce and WNJX-TV (digital channel 31, virtual channel 4) in Mayagüez. Avelino Muñoz Stevenson
Avelino Muñoz Stevenson (November 23, 1956 at San Juan, Puerto Rico – June 21, 2019 at Hato Rey, Puerto Rico) was a Puerto Rican television sportscaster, newspaper reporter, actor, comedian, show host, emcee, television producer and musical promoter of Panamanian descent. He was, for many years, the main sportscaster and sports news director of Puerto Rico's channel 6's television news shows. Muňoz Stevenson was also the leader of the "Cabecitas Rapadas" foundation, which aims at helping cancer patients and their families with among other things, pharmacy, transportation and treatment costs. Jennifer Wolff Conde is a Puerto Rican television reporter, show host, company executive and writer. From 1981 to 1996, Wolff appeared on multiple Puerto Rican television news shows, becoming a celebrity in the island. Rafael Bracero Torres (born 1940 in Santurce, Puerto Rico) is a Puerto Rican sportscaster. Bracero graduated from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez then known as ''Colegio de Artes Mecánicas'' (College of Arts and Mechanical Arts - ''CAAM'' in Spanish) with a degree in civil engineering, and then he joined Puerto Rico's Perez Perry ''Channel 11'' to cover sports as their main reporter. The ''Perez Perry Network'' soon went bankrupt and then Bracero became the night sportscaster on WAPA-TV, a position in which he performed at for two years and a half.
