Anke Christina Fischer ( Engelke; born 21 December 1965) is a German comedian, actress, voice actress and television presenter. Personal life Born in Montreal, Canada, Engelke moved to Cologne, Germany in 1971 with her German parents. Early on, she exhibited singing talent, and was discovered in 1978 by Georg Bossert at a performance of her school's choir. From 1994 to 2000, Engelke was married to the keyboardist Andreas Grimm with whom she has a daughter. She was married to musician Claus Fischer from 2005 to 2015, with whom she has two sons. Kai Engelke (born 1 April 1946) is a German writer, music journalist, reciter, singer-songwriter and teacher. Life Kai Engelke is the son of journalist and author Jooschen Engelke (1918–1962) and painter Robin Mück-Engelke (1909–2000). He was born in Göttingen, grew up in Hildesheim (Lower Saxony) as well as Berlin, and was also based on the North Frisian Island Föhr on the German coast of the North Sea. His formative years were marked by constant change as the family moved to different places in Germany. Matthew Engelke (born 1972) is an anthropologist and author specializing in religion, media, public culture, secularism, and humanism. Regionally, his ethnographic focus is on Zimbabwe and the United Kingdom. Helge Engelke is a German guitar player, composer, and producer most celebrated for his guitar work in the hard rock bands Fair Warning and Dreamtide.
