Weird But True!
''Weird but True!'' is an American educational children's television series created by and starring Charlie Engelman. It originally aired on National Geographic Kids for two seasons, and moved to Disney+ for its third and final season. Inspired by the National Geographic book series of the same name, much of its style and heavy use of paper models created by the Engelmans are continued from their earlier National Geographic short video series ''Nature Boom Time''. Donald Engelman
Donald Max Engelman (born 1941) is Higgins Professor of Biochemistry at Yale University. He is a member of the National Academy of Sciences (1997), fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, a fellow of the National Institutes of Health, and has been a Guggenheim fellow. He served as the editor-in-chief, editor of the ''Annual Review of Biophysics and Biophysical Chemistry'' (1984–1993). He is a director of the Stryker Corporation. He is involved in the creation of new cancer drugs and treatments. For example, Engelman is involved in research to use peptides to aid in destroying tumors. Anthony Engelman
Kevin Rebecchi (commonly known as "Stonefish" or "Stonie") is a fictional character from the Australian soap opera '' Neighbours'', played by Anthony Engelman. He made his first appearance on 31 March 1994. Stonefish was the first of the Rebecchi family to appear and he was later followed by his mother, father and brothers. The character left in 1996, but returned briefly in 2003. In 2007, Engelman reprised his character again and Stonefish returned to Ramsay Street. He departed on 28 August 2007. The character then returned for brief guest stints from 2015 until 2018.
