Andy Enfield
Andrew William Enfield (born June 8, 1969) is an American basketball coach who is the men's head coach for the USC Trojans of the Pac-12 Conference. He came to national prominence as head coach at Florida Gulf Coast when it made an unexpected run to the Sweet 16 round of the 2013 NCAA tournament as a No. 15 seed. Originally from Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, Enfield played college basketball at Johns Hopkins University as a shooting guard and graduated with 18 school records. He holds the all-time NCAA record for free throw shooting percentage. A basketball coach since 1994, Enfield began his career as an assistant coach for the NBA's Milwaukee Bucks and Boston Celtics, after which he went on a brief hiatus from coaching to work as a business executive. In 2006, Enfield returned to coaching as an assistant at Florida State. Enfield got his first head-coaching position at Florida Gulf Coast in 2011. Edward Enfield
Edward Richard Enfield (3 September 1929 – 21 February 2019) was an English television and radio presenter and newspaper journalist. He was also the father of comedian Harry Enfield and novelist Lizzie Enfield. Biography The son of Sir Ralph Roscoe Enfield, a senior civil servant in the Ministry of Agriculture (a descendant of the nineteenth-century philanthropist Edward Enfield), and Doris Edith ( Hussey), a Girton College, Cambridge-educated writer, Edward Enfield was born on 3 September 1929 in Hampstead, London. He was educated at Ashbury College in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, Westminster School, London, and University College, Oxford. He had various jobs in industry, including with Cathay Pacific, until joining the education department of West Sussex County Council, where he became Assistant Director of Education. Henry Richard Enfield (born 30 May 1961) is an English comedian, actor, writer and director. He is known in particular for his television work, including ''Harry Enfield's Television Programme'' and '' Harry & Paul'', and for the creation and portrayal of comedy characters such as Kevin the Teenager and "Loadsamoney". Michael Enfield
Michael Enfield (born July 19, 1983 in Ventura, California) is an American soccer player currently playing for SP Barcelona in La Gran Liga de Oxnard. He is a member of the United States national beach soccer team. Career College and Amateur Enfield attended Ventura High School, and played college soccer at the University of California, Los Angeles for four seasons, from 2001 to 2004. He appeared in seventy-eight games for the Bruins, scoring thirty-nine goals and assisting on fifteen. During his college years he also played for Orange County Blue Star in the USL Premier Development League. Professional Enfield was drafted in the second round, fifteenth overall, by Los Angeles Galaxy in the 2005 MLS SuperDraft, and played in eleven games for the team, scoring one goal, before being waived at the end of the season. Cy Endfield
Cyril Raker Endfield (November 10, 1914 – April 16, 1995) was an American screenwriter, director, author, magician and inventor. Having been named as a Communist at a House Un-American Activities Committee hearing and subsequently blacklisted, he moved to the United Kingdom in 1953, where he spent the remainder of his career. Early life Endfield was born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, to a Jewish immigrant father whose business was hit hard by the Great Depression. He attended Yale University. Career in the U.S. Endfield began his career as a theatre director and drama coach, becoming a significant figure in New York's progressive theatre scene. It was largely through a shared interest in magic that Orson Welles became aware of Endfield and recruited him as an apprentice for Mercury Productions (then based at RKO Pictures). William Enfield
William Enfield (29 March 1741 – 3 November 1797) was a British Unitarian minister who published a bestselling book on elocution entitled ''The Speaker'' (1774). Life Enfield was born in Sudbury, Suffolk to William and Ann Enfield. In 1758, he entered Daventry Academy at the behest of his teacher and minister, William Hextal. In 1763 he became the minister at Benn's Garden Chapel in Liverpool, a wealthy and well-connected congregation. In 1767 Enfield married Mary Holland, the daughter of a local draper, and together they had five children. In 1770 he moved to Warrington to be the minister of the Cairo Street Chapel and a tutor of rhetoric and modern languages at Warrington Academy. He remained there until 1785, when he was called to be the minister of the Octagon Chapel, Norwich.
