Empty (Garbage Song)
"Empty" is a song by American-Scottish alternative rock band Garbage. It was released as the lead single from their sixth studio album ''Strange Little Birds'' (2016) on April 20, 2016 by their independent label Stunvolume. Background "Empty" is an electronic rock song. Drummer Butch Vig said "it sets the tone for the rest of the album" and added it sounds "like classic Garbage," a sentiment which touring bassist Eric Avery also shared. Guitarist Steve Marker echoed that, saying that the song's position as second track on ''Strange Little Birds'' following the more eerie and atmospheric "Sometimes" was a deliberate choice due to the band wanting to create a heavy contrast between the tracks and give an idea of what to expect from the rest of the record. Singer Shirley Manson explained that the song is about "the hole that we all have - ..I think every human being has it, somewhere, or at least, at some point in their life - where you're so eaten up with an obsession that fil ...

Empty (Tait Album)
''Empty'' is the debut studio album by American Christian rock band Tait and was the first of three solo albums released by members of dc Talk following their 2001 hiatus to work on solo projects. This album features Pete Stewart from Grammatrain, who is absent in the next album. Several songs are influenced by the passing of Michael Tait's late father Nathel, for whom the band is named. The advance pre-release copy for this album contained slightly different mixes to the released CD and omitted the track "Altars" as well as both hidden tracks. "Altars" is the only song from this album to be turned into a music video; "Loss For Words" was featured on the soundtrack for the movie ''Extreme Days''. There are two hidden tracks on this CD, one an instrumental piece that appears after the closing track "Unglued," the other in the pregap (or "zero" index) before the opening track "Alibi," which can be accessed by pressing the 'rewind' button on the CD player when track one begins. Empty (TV Series)

It stars Gregor Fisher and Billy Boyd as Jacky Allen and Tony MacBryan respectively, two men who work for a property maintenance company 'Greater Glasgow Building Services'. Situation and plot Each episode mostly revolves around the dialogue of the two main characters as they discuss their lives (and unseen wives) and the things they find in the houses they clear. Jacky and Tony are also given to re-enacting silent comedy and music hall routines, and always take a polaroid photo of themselves which they date and hide in a crevice somewhere. The pair also like to guess what they will find behind each door before they open it. As befits their personalities, Jacky's guesses are usually amusing and fanciful, while Tony's are often gruesome, even macabre. No Need To Argue
''No Need to Argue'' is the second studio album by Irish alternative rock band the Cranberries, released on 3 October 1994. It is the band's best selling album, and has sold 17 million copies worldwide as of 2014. It contains the band's most successful single, "Zombie". The album's mood is darker and harsher than that on ''Everybody Else Is Doing It, So Why Can't We?'', released a year before. Composition In some of the songs, the band decided to take on a rockier and heavier side, using distortion and increasing the volume. The song "Yeats' Grave" – incorrectly listed on the album as "Yeat's Grave" and never corrected for any of the album's physical re-releases  – is about William Butler Yeats, and quotes one of his poems, ''No Second Troy''. The O'Riordan written track "Zombie" is, according to her, about the Warrington IRA bombings in 1993 that resulted in the death of two children.
